The hotel is situated in a beautiful and quiet area, with stunning large houses on the road. The staff at this hotel were very polite and provided a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms were comfortable, with the normal comfy beds and even a free standing fan to keep cool during hot weather. Breakfast served at the hotel had various items to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Parking was easy and we were able to get a good price for the room. the location was great, near a bus stop and only a short distance from main attractions. the beds were quite comfortable.

The room was not very clean and there were some obvious stains on the walls and floors. the air conditioning was broken, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to explore the area. It is also next door to a restaurant, offering a deal for breakfast and evening meals. the location just off the main promenade ensures a quieter stay compared to the bustling city center.

The restaurant in the hotel is reported to be dirty and unkempt, with dirty crockery and cutlery left on unoccupied tables.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and local attractions. Good value for money. Negative reviews did not match my experience.

Dirty room. Bedding had stains, shower had hair in it, and the carpet was filthy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic, especially considering the prices for nearby hotels. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the spacious and clean rooms to the comfortable beds. The location, set back behind a Beefeater pub in a quieter residential area, added to the peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel had a wide variety of items to choose from, ensuring that everyone's tastes were catered to.

This hotel is located in a much quieter residential area out of town, which was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of items and was served in a convenient manner.
